I’ve heard variations of this statement repeatedly from the students I teach at Christian universities and people I encounter in workplaces, churches, and social occasions.
It’s time to spread the good news: Christianity and marketing do go together. The Word of God, the actions of Christians in the marketing mission field, and the lasting fulfillment of customers tell us so.
A Christian’s Guide to Marketing provides a Christian perspective on the study and practice of marketing. This site complements the curricula of marketing, public relations and social media courses and can serve as a companion to standard marketing textbooks. This site exists as a place of study and reflection for all in the marketing mission field–student, teacher, professional.

How can we be marketers, practicing what seems to the be the most “worldly” of professions, and maintain our walk with Jesus? We must ask ourselves this everyday–not in despair or bewilderment, but in the knowledge that Jesus Christ is the Master Marketer, teaching us how to serve and therefore succeed.
